Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between droyal88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service made available through https://droyal88.cam and all associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

droyal88 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and related gaming products to eligible adult users. The Platform operates under international online gaming licensing. droyal88 does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian domestic authority; users in Malaysia are responsible for independently verifying whether participation in online gambling complies with applicable local laws.

droyal88 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the droyal88 Platform.
• "Balance" — the total credited funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money and Bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive awarded by droyal88 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedure required by droyal88 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "Platform" — the droyal88 website at https://droyal88.cam, its mobile interface and all services accessible through those channels.
• "Real Money" — funds deposited by a Player using accepted payment methods that carry cash value and may be withdrawn subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Prohibited Person" — any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria described in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the droyal88 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. droyal88 operates under a minimum age policy of 21 and enforces this through KYC verification. Registering while under this age is a material breach of this Agreement.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have not previously been excluded from droyal88 or any affiliate platform, whether through self-exclusion or administrative action.
4. You are not classified as a Prohibited Person under any applicable law, regulation or directive in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
5. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by legislation applicable to you personally. Players in Malaysia are solely responsible for ascertaining their local legal position regarding online gambling before participating.
6. You are not an employee, director, contractor or associate of droyal88 or any of its group companies, game providers or payment processors, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the permanent closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

During registration you must supply accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Any change to this information must be communicated to droyal88 support promptly. The Platform accepts no liability arising from a Player's failure to maintain up-to-date account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. droyal88 will treat any action performed using valid account credentials as having been authorised by the registered Account holder. You must notify droyal88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

droyal88 may require enhanced KYC documentation at any point, including certified copies of a government-issued identity document (e.g. Malaysian MyKad), proof of address dated within three months, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.

Deposits & Payments

droyal88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) through a range of locally familiar payment channels including, but not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and select cryptocurrency options (USDT, BTC). Available methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the point of deposit and may change without prior notice.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. droyal88 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Deposits are credited to the Account Balance after confirmation by the relevant payment processor. droyal88 bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment networks, banking infrastructure outages or anti-fraud screening by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawal requests must not exceed the daily or monthly limits applicable to the Player's account tier.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the deposit method where technically feasible. droyal88 may request withdrawal to the same e-wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit.
• droyal88 typically processes e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via FPX or direct banking channels may take 1 to 4 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals vary by network conditions. These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

droyal88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing a withdrawal, particularly where the account has not previously completed a successful payout, where unusual wagering patterns are detected, or where the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds. Players who experience delays should contact the support team via live chat.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time droyal88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback schemes, free spins, referral rewards and other incentive programmes. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this general clause.

Key principles applicable to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk hedging strategies or collusion may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• droyal88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel pending bonuses or void winnings derived from a bonus where it determines, in good faith, that the offer was accepted in breach of its terms or through technical error.
• Bonuses and promotions are available to registered Players aged 21 and above only. Promotional terms may specify additional eligibility criteria such as minimum deposit amounts or game restrictions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific product rules applicable to that game type — casino table rules, slot pay-table terms, sports betting market rules and live dealer procedures. These product-level rules are accessible within each game or market interface and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

General provisions applicable to all gaming activity on droyal88:

• All bets are final once confirmed. droyal88 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse or modify bets after placement except in cases of clearly documented technical error on the Platform's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the relevant game table or betting market. droyal88 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC and other events — are subject to event-specific settlement rules. In the event of abandonment, postponement or irregular circumstances, the relevant market rules govern settlement.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes for electronic casino games are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any Player. Historical outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• droyal88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's decision to wager based on perceived patterns, systems or external advice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the droyal88 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

1. Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
2. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using another individual's identity, payment method or account credentials without authorisation.
4. Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Using automated scripts, bots or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
6. Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any activity intended to manipulate sporting event outcomes.
7. Attempting to launder money or using the Platform as a conduit for unlawful financial transactions.
8. Engaging in collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
9. Threatening, harassing or abusing droyal88 staff or other Platform users in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the droyal88 Platform, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, software interface, game assets supplied under licence, written text, graphics, user interface design and audio-visual materials, is the intellectual property of droyal88 or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, modification, distribution, public display or any form of commercial exploitation of any content or underlying technology of the Platform without the prior written consent of droyal88.

Limitation of Liability

droyal88 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. Whilst the Platform makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service, it does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues arising from third-party infrastructure, including internet service providers, payment processors or licensed game suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, droyal88 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, wagers, anticipated savings or other economic loss, whether direct or indirect.
• Loss or corruption of data, account information or transaction records caused by circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
• Any claim arising from reliance on information presented on the Platform that the Player knew or ought reasonably to have known to be inaccurate.

Where droyal88 is found liable for any direct loss, its aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

droyal88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform offers tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion to help Players manage their activity. These tools are accessible through the Account settings area.

Players who feel that gambling has ceased to be recreational and has become a problem are strongly encouraged to make use of the Platform's self-exclusion programme or to seek independent assistance. Players are responsible for their own decisions and for setting boundaries that protect their personal financial circumstances.

Suspension & Termination

droyal88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or applicable product-level rules.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by the Platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request submitted by the registered Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Where an Account is closed as a result of a Player's breach of this Agreement, droyal88 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Platform's discretion for non-breach reasons and no investigation is pending, any Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Amendments

droyal88 may revise, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players through the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of any service on droyal88 following publication of a revised Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was published. Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which droyal88 holds its international online gaming licence. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a submission to the jurisdiction of any Malaysian court or regulatory body.

droyal88 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Players in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction must independently assess whether their participation complies with local laws. droyal88 accepts no liability for a Player's failure to conduct that assessment.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with droyal88 support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution, conducted in the English language.
